I am also a Law and Public Service fellow and an editorial board member of the Virginia Law Review. I also love hiking, volunteering with animals, and music.
1L Summer Experience, Future Plans, & Interests: During my 1L summer, I was an Equal Justice Works Rural Summer Legal Corps fellow with the Central Virginia Legal Aid Society Farmworkers Program. During my 2L summer, I was a summer clerk in the Earthjustice D.C. Regional Office. I plan to pursue environmental litigation in the non-profit sector.

Personal Interests & Involvement at the Law School: At UVA, I am a member of the extramural moot court team, Virginia Law Women, and the Lone Star Lawyers. In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, and playing board games with my friends.
1L Summer Experience, Future Plans & Interests: During my 1L and 2L summers, I worked at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP as a summer associate in their Houston office. In the future, I intend to work in private practice as a litigator.

Personal Interests & Involvement at the Law School: At the law school, I am the fundraising director for the Public Interest Law Association, an Executive Editor on the Virginia Law Review, and I participated in the Housing Litigation Clinic. In my free time, I like to play softball, pet my guinea pigs, and kayak.
1L Summer Experience, Future Plans & Interests: I spent the summer after 1L as an intern at the Public Integrity Section of the Department of Justice. For my summer after 2L, I will be interning with the National Trust for Historic Preservation. I hope to continue to work either in historic preservation or for some level of the government.

1L Summer Experience, Future Plans & Interests: My 1L summer, I returned to Texas and split my time between a law firm in Houston and a federal judge in the Southern District of Texas. This summer I will be at a firm in New York working in the special matters and government investigations practice.
